Are you a cooking enthusiast or a struggling beginner?  Would you like to create mouth watering dishes for those you love?  Our small, intimate classes are designed for the home cook who appreciates and wants to bring the elegance and simplicity of authentic Italian and Mediterranean fare to friends and family.

Mezzaluna is a unique school  of  Italian and Mediterranean cooking located in Western Springs,  a suburb of Chicago.  It grew out of  a deep respect and love of food and what it represents in our families, our lives, our culture.

Our mission is to inspire within our students the love and value of creating delicious meals that will provide pleasure, comfort, and lasting memories.

Why not join us at Mezzaluna for cooking, music, laughter and all that is the true essence of Italian cuisine.  We are two traditional Italian cooks who together have over 50 years of private as well as professional experience.  

Our classes are offered as single sessions and three session packages in a relaxed European inspired kitchen.  Demonstrations will take you from appetizers through dinner and dessert.  At evenings end we will enjoy the fruits of our labor.

What a wonderful way to gather with friends, or meet new ones!
